Improve grenades by giving them a proficiency skill.
Increases grenade damage to it's respective hp by 3% per level so at maxed level you get 15% bonus to specific damage.
AV nades get buffed in a sensible skill focused way and with skill become significantly better against armor tanks. Fluxes would do better damage to shields thus helping out against shield tanks as well while not really making them overly powerful against anything else.
Locus grenades would now be able to make up for heavy splash resistance slightly with skillpoint investment as well because the damage to armor from them would be increased by the skill.
This could be a good skillpoint based buff to grenades and could help significantly with AV. Also makes grenades a bit more useful without making them as spammable as they were when the limit was 3. |

I am neutral on that subject. It's not something I can't live with, just like the Scrambler Pistol nerf which was much harder than 1 less grenade count |

Yup, but I guess they had to nerf the ROF to balance things
