You're right, that is a dumb idea. Pilot suits should give bonuses to module costs of capacitor. Since we don't have capacitors in vehicles, it could just reduce certain cool downs.

I'm happy new players can catch up more quickly. I do worry though about how this is compatible with a 10+ year plan for DUST & Legion. There is going to be a lot of rage if SP doesn't carry over to Legion.
