How about a option to not be placed in leader role, it's annoying to find out your squad leader halfway through match. Tutorial could be played when turning on squad leader availability, so anybody that could be squad leader will have seen tutorial.

I like the rate of fire its using, I say raise damage per shot so dps is closer to other rifles. Breach smg and scrambler pistol need change too. The standard needs more recoil about, 25% more kick, so training ar op lv5 is like current untrained.

I think the weekly reset is good. Same gain if playing few hours a day, or same hours once per week. Knowing how much sp is cut would be great. The clear explanation like op said would work, this worked in EvE as people made 3rd party calculators...
