Yeah. I agree with the OP. But why did CCP not refund the SP when they changed the caldari assault, but gave a refund when they changed the reload skills for all weapons to cost less? The rule should be, if they fine tune a skill or an equipment...

There are two ways of getting this fixed: 1. Tell CCP that the mechanic is broken 2. Make a lot of people abuse it to the max. Goonswarm style. I prefer if we could get #2 going! That will make CCP fix the problem faster.
