Tried a scout with ScR yesterday for couple of matches. It is the amarr shotgun. So damn powerful to charge shot when you got good scan radius and dampened profile.

Im guessing this will go on for about 6 month from the day it was brought up, just like the no risk district locking. An easy fix is to not give new players 250,000 ISK. They get cash when they graduate from the battle academy instead.
