Unless it was recently yanked it's at the top of the prop page. Its high PG fitting requirement makes it usable only on a stripped down armor dropship and its main use is to break the flight ceiling for tower camping.

I strongly suggest the spawn area of Manus Peak in Skirmish mode. It is the safest for dropships by far. My Dropship Flight School thread might help. Practice now because we just might get paid for flying next build.

It's a hand held version of a HAV large turret railgun and does just as much damage, though it is a bit slower firing and is tad less accurate.
