Why not a portal? You can drop 2 down at a time, then do a short hack-like sequence to jump between them. The higher the tier, the faster you can jump through.

Also, I don't believe they can be thrown anymore either- just dropped. Thing is, people drop them off of high ledges, and the lack of ANY resources in the animation department means they can't be planted like real explosives.

The only sniper rifle we don't have right now is the minmatar one. Gallente have the tactical AR, amarr have the Laser rifle. Don't give me the range argument, because the current caldari sniper rifles have the range of an M-16.
