New slots for damage mods. Keep CPU/PG values the same for all suits. If you run damage mods then they will just go into this new slot and nothing will be changed. Logistics class doesn't have these slots.

If you think that's bad, try timing the shield recharge delay after full depletion using a flux grenade. It's around 14 seconds for logi suits and 17 seconds for heavy suits. That's just to start regen, not the time it takes to reach full shields.
