Each 'weight' should have a dropsuit command that unlocks the base racial suits. Then you can spec into specific roles from there. Specing into multiple base suits for the same type is silly. There isn't any 'specializing' as far as suits go.

The base stats for hp on minmatar Logi suits don't make any sense, 90/135. Really? Thought they were shield leaning. I assumed they would have equal base hp like amarr, just not as high. 125/125 seems like a good number.
