Along with mr mustard in a minmatar scout suit. Where did you get that 'original role' from? I've been able to blow up a tank with PLC only twice and maybe a handful of times came close. I am not terrible with PLC. My verdict is that it's not viable against the tanks. Oh, sht! I just learned you can make a signature! Thanks, CCP! Forums are getting better!

Things like fitting costs and delays can be adjusted. The main reason for this idea is because the PC mechanics are neither versitile, nor powerful enough to use up a primary weapon slot. Making it even stronger via buffing could potentially have bad consequences. The last thing we want is another gun that can EASILY one shot infantry, that is if it's buffed too much. Also, since tanks have become as common as cockroaches, it would be nice for infantry to be able to fight back withough having to sacrifice 90% of their infantry killing power. It's all about accessibility.
