Gal scout suit with pistol and smg. Running that suit affirms scouts need +1 equipment slot and CPU/PG increase. Let the slot layout limit them, not slots AND CPU/PG.

The only thing worth getting to 5 is dampening. The percent increase for precision and range are too small to be of use. Better to run a scanner and try and avoid the enemy's.

The payout is too low, its crazy. The only way to make money is to DOMINATE or hang out in the red line (pubs). Which favors great players, but leaves people with ~1.0 kdr forced into usuing subpar (standard) gear to even break even.
