Implementation details... 1. Change the current passive SP code to update the existing "SP cap" attribute rather than the "SP total" attribute 2. Throw away all the code that currently calculates the cap, the daily resets, the 50 sp "bonus", etc.

I don't like the daily SP cap because it penalises me for not playing every day. However, I understand that CCP want to encourage me to play every day, so I accept it. Simple enough, really.
