It sounds complicated, but I would be ok with that. It still eliminates the problem of mercs who make no fitting sacrifice to have a dampened scout show up on tacnet just because one person in the squad has lots of precision enhancers.

Depends on how much damage and range the explosion has. It would be ok, but I would prefer knives not do explosive damage. At the very least, force a charge time. I don't want these things being spammed.
