I think fall damage should be 50% (even more maybe) for everyone. It shouldn't ever kill you outright, especially from a 10 m fall, I don't care if you do have juts 1 hp. A percentage still penalizes falls without inertia dampener, but doesn't ...

I think this would encourage more people to play FW, particularly for historically losing factions. Its supposed to be something in between PC and Pubs for competitiveness, but fails at that without enough incentive to fight in even a losing effort.
