.....ccp ... what, are you thinking. Is there at least going to be a shimmer as a result of movement while hacking? are you guys just trying to completely break dust?
imagine skirmish objectives being hacked by nobody all game long, and being shot in the back by 16 cloaked scouts all swarming and sprinting about a freakin objective in domination.
I wont be surprised if us Nyain go proto scouts from now on as a result of this 
most common words on the forums? ccp, fix, imbalance, annoying, frustrating, stupid, broken, OP, Tanks, dropships.......

If they are hacking an objective, there is only so much space that one can occupy and still hack. Also, your rectical is still red.
On something like an installation or CRU, I guess you will just have to take your chances, or wait until their cloak runs out to kill them and rehack whatever they just hacked.

when ever something gives an easy win or kill nysain finds a way to spam it...........then we get something that counters that idea and nysain goes all **** stormy over it...... ohenstly they have goten too used to easy wins and spam tatics..........now its all over for them....execpt the tanks.
