It's much better to have a Gal Logi on your team, but yes, the proto scanners are a valuable tool for every player -- particularly the 200m 90deg Flux.

Aim assist is fine. But damage across the board is too high IMO. I'd nerf HMGs 15%, and everything else 10%.
