That's a great suit for farming shield tanked nubs or people at distance. It fails, however, in CQC with a skilled armor tanker with a weapon with armor bias. IMO, of course. I'd be real interested to see how that suit does in PC.

I'm not so sure that the problem is with proficiency. However, I would wholeheartedly support a TTK increase through an across the board nerf to all light, heavy, and sidearm anti-infantry weapons. Why? Because proficiency should mean something...

Not enough of a difference from heavies, IMO, and the suit would be even slower and more UP...and now without an equipment slot it would be even more dependent on teammates for help. Bad idea if helping the commando role was your aim, IMO.
