I don't understand how quick people are to jump to such radical "solutions". Instead of having CCP make new crappy weapons (would take like 6+ months seeing how long it takes CCP to add more weapons), just change the bonuses to reinforce the roles...

There are unique terrains, unique buildings, unique ground textures, and unique skyboxes. Mixing and matching these elements to create maps leads to more combinations than just having 1 building only on just one particular terrain, etc.
