I don't know what is checking ADS if Railguns get nerfed. Forge Gunners are ok when there are 1 or 2, but 3+ experienced ADS Flyers will overwhelm them. Lol Swarms. Lol Plasma Cannons.

Not a great idea because all weapons are not the problem. Laser taking a 15% damage penalty ultimately means less DPS before overheat, the weapon is already bad right now. HMG and Shotgunners should auto-win in CQC, Shotgunners need all the damage...
