Mass driver isnt OP,it's just cheap, and efftive at what its does,for how much splash damage it does in a clip it kills 2-3 in pubs and if your not pushing 400+ shields your ez cheese. The only thing i see CCP doing is buffing up other CQC oriente...

Recenly tried the mass driver and i can tell it isnt OP, you do see the better user get top of the board but thts because they are kill stealing or last hitting for most of the kills you'll be getting from the splash damage
