Just the other day in Gen Discuss, I told someone that 5 AR operation + 5 AR sharpshooter + 5 GAssault bonuses makes the moving/standing hip-fire on a breach relatively the same. Gallente Assault is a nice hidden gem!

Gallente bonus 5 + Dispersion 5 + Operation 5 make the Breach moving hipfire the same as the standing hipfire. I say invest in the dispersion skill for better run-n-gun ability, more so if you do not use Gallente Assaults.
