There are others that would absolutely wreck me with a ScR.
ScRs aren't even my favorite weapons in this game, just my favorite Rifle (although that title is being contested more and more by CRs every day).
The only weapon I consider myself to be "one of the best" with anymore is the Plasma Cannon.

But that's not to say that I don't know the ScR in and put like the back of my hand. I've been using them for over a year and a half now as my workhorse weapon.

It has ZERO effect on how powerful the weapon is, and doesn't change the way I use the weapon in any way at all. I always reload before I run a mag dry. Always. I'm more upset about the tiny reduction in carried ammo(225 to 210) than the magazine reduction. And I don't really even care about that much at all, its just such a miniscule thing. So I might have to lay down a Nanohive a few seconds earlier? Not a big deal. The issue I have here, is that even if they bumped the Magazine size back up to 45 on the ScR, I'd still use the TacAR. Because it can put out more damage before you need to pause shooting. A lot more damage, 421.5 more damage to be exact, which is more of an increase than Amassault 5 provides for the ScR. This drastically increases its ability to kill, to the point that the TacAR is better than the ScR on every suit, even the Amassault. The fact that "pause shooting" means reloading instead of overheating for the TacAR is just more reason to use one. Spending 3 seconds reloading, is so much better than spending 5 seconds waving your gun around after it blow up in your face. Please, make my Opus pretty...

I've been using them for over a year and a half now as my workhorse weapon. the reason i say this is you were the first person i encountered a long time ago that destroyed me with a scrambler rifle. i have found much love and respect for the skill it takes to use this weapon when fighting against skilled opponents. amarr assault is my suit of choice now and i feel that bad players that stand still in gun fights have cryed for this glorious weapon to be nerfed or caldari scout scubs who just want to see the gun removed from the game. in my testing with the rifle after the patch i can live with the clip nerf but to i would like to see some kick removed making it more accurate and a true skill based marksmane rifle.

I wouldnt expect someone from KEQ to understand, but if you know who 'the best' is with each weapon, you have no life worth living and are dumber than everyone else in all the ways that matter.
