Armor doesn't need it for tanking ability, but it could use some mods in the highs. Just dear God no more tanking ability or anything that adds reps or dmg. Anything else I feel is fair game.

Shotguns still struggle in comparison to the ARs,ScRs,SMGs. Their ROF and range makes them sub-par. You MUST kill the guy in one hit if you can even get that close or watch as he turns around and mows you down before you get another shot off. But...
