Last time I fired my Breach MD at an ADS it had a an 80% rating against the shields (HAVs are 50%). The ADS did not appear to be worried at all, not even after I shot it three times.

I agree, now that you've pointed it out. As it stands, I fit my Min Assault for shield regen + 1 or 2 biotics in the low slots along with at least 2 Shield regulators. To be honest I wish I could use a Low slot for a module that gave me more speed...
