If I understand correctly, the reason for the AR ROF bonus on Gallente assauts was that assault rifles in general underperformed. So now, the ARs are great on Gallente assaults, but they still underperform for everybody else except the GalAss...

After todays update this is still not entirely fixed. Militia assault rail rifle still has wrong damage and charge up time: Damage: 34 (should be 38) Charge up time: 0.01 (should be 0.3).
