Maybe you've just not gotten used to the new aiming or maps or something. The WP and SP systems haven't changed. If you're getting less - it's because you're not doing as well.

There is zero connection between tax rates and anything that happens in Dust514. Payouts for Dust mercs in Planetary Conquest are based on a standard contract amount (that can not be changed) and the value of the clones destroyed.
