501. Anyone else think the passive armor repairers for drop suits are under powered? - in General Discussions [original thread]
no you misunderstand, we're talking about repairing yourself with the repair kit gear item. we weren't sure if it would work because the UI gives no indication as to wether it is or not. so it's not passive, it's active. you swap to the kit and "...

505. Should i skill up for Anti Vehicle or for a tank? - in General Discussions [original thread]
go AV, be part of the solution, not part of the problem. as for swarm launcher V forge gun... it's debateable, but i would say swarm launcher. especially if you are already an avid AR guy. light weapon skills will effect the swarm. not the forge...

506. 2 questions: Damage mods based on slot or weapon? AV grenade effectiveness on in... - in General Discussions [original thread]
i believe you use the damage mod of the weapon type, not the slot type. but the only evidence i can give to support this is for example, sidearm weapons upgrades reduces cpu need of an smg, even if you put it in a light weapons slot. there is a de...

i don't think you can repair yourself with a repair kit. or if you can, i haven't figured out how to do it. but the fact that repair kits and repair nano-hives EXIST, makes me lean towards no so far as buffing the passive self reppers. logi-bros ...

eventually you'll cap out in a given role, can't train AR proficiency to 6 you know? but even then there's nothing to stop you from training for something ELSE. so it is conceivable that you will hit a "cap", but then you can just train sideway...

no. the knife is a weapon like any other in the game, you can BUILD for it to improve it. also an insta kill knife would cause a massive imbalance given the low bullets damage relative to high player health. and even further worse when you consi...

fully buffed and built towards in the last build, the knife did 406.35 damage. (assuming the weaponry skill affected it) it was a laughable fit, but it was possible. you can't see slot layouts on suit previews anymore so it's harder for me to the...
