Buff the ROF to 850, which gives the Duvolle a DPS of 481. Buffing it to 900 gives it a DPS of 510. I think an ROF buff with a corresponding magazine buff is all that would be needed.

Absolutely not. New players shouldn't get power buffs. That leads to people making alts just to get overpowered weponry. Instead, new players need increased SP accrual in order to get them to competitive levels of SP faster.

Logos have the same precision as assaults, and higher profiles than assaults. Higher profiles is fine with me, but I would have their precision lowered to 40db since that lets them support their team with scans.

Having scans cleared if you flux the scanner makes no sense. Scanners work by tagging a target, once the scanner hits you, the scanner's work is done. how about a flux hitting a friendly who is scanned clears the scan off of them?
