Hold on, think about this.
Picking up a downed enemy and they get picked up with blues all over them...except those blues aren't really his blues. Everything appears fine until he gets killed by a "friendly" and then respawns back on the correct team.
Either way, you're using up the enemies clone, while putting one of his blues out of the fight for a second longer.

Damn. I was going for the Dampener and kincat.
Range Extender. It increases all 3 rings by 50% without skills.
If they get buffed to their old values, then it would be 80%.
