As such, I would recommend both Kancolle and Arpeggio to anime watchers, letting them know that while both get off to a bit of a rocky start, both have a great outlook ahead as the sequels seem to improve on their weaknesses from their initial premiere. Have you seen Upotte, Girls und Panzer, and Military? GuP is really good. I even bought the prequel manga. I can't wait for the movie to get translated. For Upotte and GuP, twice actually. Military was a fun little silly one that I was glad to be on the ride for.
Have you seen the new Strike Witches Operation Victory Arrow OVAs? And I also can't wait for the new GuP movie to be translated as well. Looking forward to that.

I'll need to check out the OVAs.

Pro tip: There's actually an OVA before the Strike Witches series actually came into full existence. In that startup universe, Miyafuji looked a little bit different and there was a mascot of sorts. The actual animation done was actually only 7 minutes, with the rest being an explanation of all the different settings and logic behind the Strike Witches universe.
If you are interested, I'll see what I can do to hook you up with it.

Though, Strike Witches uses CGI infinitely better.

On that note, have you guys seen the new movie Garakowa -Restore the World-? It's 66 minutes, and I highly recommend it. I don't think I quite understood it, but I do know I enjoyed myself. Well, I think I enjoyed myself.

I guess i can't really do anything but ask the post office about it all and 'hope for the best' ;-;

started playing FF XIII today, without any prior knowledge to the story line _-_ i pieced it all together already and am sorta into it a fair bit, but i might have to google a summery of all past games story up to this one.... also lightening and vanilla (i don think thats her name, its similar to that tho) are freaking adorable >.< i just love lightening and Sarah for their hair in a way also the fact that they are super pretty. as for the other one vanilla is what ill call her for now, i just love how she looks and walks so much >.< although her voice actor could have been someone more suited in my opinion but its grown on me and is fairly cute. I was planning on finishing the first DMC before playing FF but i couldn't beat the mission 20 boss after like 5 attempts and gave up, sucks when you burn all your items then yellow orb to retry when you die and you got no items _-_ and even worse is when your so close to winning without items. i might just back track and farm red orbs and max my health and other upgrades and earn trophies while im at it i guess. i was really hoping i could just use holy water to insta kill this boss like a few of the others ;-; RIP me

1. None of the numbered final fantasy games are related. Some of them are in the same universe, or are extensions of the story based on the main numbered game, but FF13 isn't going to have anything to do with FF7, FF1, or FF12
2. That said, I encourage you to play the game with Japanese voices and subtitles. Reading dialogue makes the story much easier to understand as it is a bit confusing the first time through (plus Vanille is 100x more adorable in Japanese. They even pronounce her name as "bahn-eer-ah", as a sort of "engrish" sounding "vanilla", instead of the god awful "vah-NEEL" in English)
3. A lot of people criticize this game for being so straight forward for the first 20 hours or so. I recommend just enjoying the ride if you plan on finishing the game. It's a beautiful game with some of the best music from any game. Part of the reason that section sucks is that you aren't allowed to change up your party members, and you only get two of them at a time. After that long section, the game opens up and lets you use everything you've learned up to that point.
4. As for the battle system, the one thing you should know is that you need to switch paradigms constantly. Not only does this occasionally refill your ATB guage, but it can make a battle go from minutes to seconds. Here's an example of what your average fight would consist of: >Buff/Debuff >Build chain gauges until stagger (at least 2 RAVs) >Deal as much damage as possible (at least 2 COMs) >Is health in the red? Switch to COM, RAV, MED >Are your buffs gone? Rebuff >If not? Repeat from step 2
5. Level your characters according to what they are good at (don't be an idiot like me and make lightning a medic and Sazh a commando) Fang - Commando, Saboteur Lightning - Ravager, Commando Hope - Medic, Ravager Snow - Sentinel, Commando Sazh - Synergist, Ravager Vanille - Saboteur, Medic

Though, she might be better in Japanese. Also, I always play with subtitles even when I do English. My brother said he wanted to punch her in the throat though.. Oh well, different strokes for different folks.
From a story perspective the section part was brilliant. From a gameplay perspective... Eh.
Also, for my playthrough at least, I got by with mostly just picking auto-fill my ATB gauge. Don't forget to try, and catch enemies off-guard. This is the real thing that will speed up your fights. I did a lot of grinding of enemies above my level by simply attacking them while they weren't paying attention.
I made Lightning my Medic too, because I always played her, and didn't trust my companions to not make stupid choices when healing. Healing, is really the one exception when it came to picking auto-choose. I'd almost always manually do it.
If you really want a fantastic JRPG with a decent story, and great soundtrack/visuals you'll wanna play Eternal Sonata. That game is good. If you wanna play the best JRPG that exists, you'll want to pick up The World Ends With You.

Sneak attacks always help heaps, i also found cutting the full combo short at 1 or 2 attacks when the bar is mid regen helps heaps to maintain that bar as well. and i hate healing a lot of the time i rather chuck hope or bby gurl on medic and then when all healed swap her/him back then actually do it myself. for the subtitles I always turn them on in every game no matter what, because i like to read whats being said and hear it, also a lot of the times i miss what people say when im on the go if i got subs off.
ty for the story thingo, just that the game started like it was straight up continuing from something else but i have found that the story was pieced together nicely so far.

can someones link a bunch of good Soul Eater wallpapers for me? Don't really mind which characters and if you happen to find good ones which are pervy, well, if they got nudity you can't link em here, besides that go nuts. if you enjoy being doing fetch quests for XP you can find Soul Eater Not ones as well, or if you want them for your self I don't know. Same goes for FF XIII ones. I might bother to do it more later but not in the feels for a in depth search on alpha coders or anything like that. stuff it ill do it my self, you people don't know what i like :P <3
also Chuunibyou op on 2x speed is pretty funny, mainly the finger spins and the booty shake :3

made a chrome theme _-_ took a little bit, need some photo editing software soon to do things, really wanna make small adjustments to pictures and change sizing/crop etc was going with no game no life using shiro cause the one i had waqs shiro but text on the tabs was sorta hard to read due to poor contrast so i started to make one and changed to tokyo ghoul then wanted crona from Soul Eater and stuck with that, my tool bar and all that are just blank colors cause i couldn't find suitable matching pics or ones that didn't need to repeat its self and look dumb.
