Do not get me wrong i want balance in game too, but i see more advantage for scouts here. Scouts don't run 60m straight at a Gal logi and kill them. Scouts sneak around dropping links, destroying links, hacking installations, trying to speed hack points and using the element to surprise to quickly take out lone targets our people already in a firefight. A 60-70m ranged scan would be perfectly capable of combatting scouts, who generally operate close to enemies. It would make it more difficult to use the scanner against assaults who tend to prefer ranged combat.
Shotguns aren't solely the weapon of a scout. If you want to shoot someone with a shotgun you are probably better off with an assault. |

tanks need to be cheaper, to deal with the commandos/officers/plasmas/lai dais that can absolutely obliterate them easily, (current cost is 1.3mil for maxed out tanks, which they have to be to not be tissue paper).
Reduce the HUGE SP COST of tanks, fitting optimization on all turrets and shield/armor costs 2mil sp per skill, personally i have 40mil SP in tanks altogether-meaning me and duna are probably the only ones in the game with perfect tanks(except i didnt get small railguns, which are good for armor tank fittings, that would cost another 8mil sp to essentially on the tank turn an adv module into proto with the pg/cpu saved, yet that is ENTIRELY necessary to have a much better tank vs AV). This sp cost means 99% of the tanks in games, even protos, are garbage- going up against lai dai galmandos with officer plasma cannos who can do 15k dmg to the back of a tank in a few seconds. Not cool, but despite it being commonplace we cant balance with officer gear in mind, need to reduce the sp and isk cost of them both- i recommend 25mil sp into maxed out vehicles instead of around 55-60mil as it is now- and 800k instead of 1.3mil for proto tanks.
rifles- combat rifle has best hit detection. end of story cr still the best rifle.
shield tankings already op now, not because armor is bad, because assault suits with base speed have super funky hit detection and blue shield alot within about 20m. Min assault is super good at it, and calass does it well, but amarr and gal can do it too, ya ive blue shielded amarr with pre galass buff ARs.
As for new features- trade vehicles, officer vehicles, trade all bpos like toxin/dragonflys/quafe stuff. All old specialty vehicles gimmeh mah damn sagaris and prometheus back. New content that isnt a UI addition, gameplay additions/changes/inluences(like player trading) only ya foo!
Oh and grenades are pretty much op, the spam is strong with this one.

I don't see the problem with damaging the MCC with turret installations. Makes destroying them all the more necessary. Vehicle large turrets though, NO!

It is a misconception that most people have that is simply not true.

It should work with out a logi or just remove it from the game, and the logi support all players on the field with nanohives and rep, link. scans and no class should be dependent on another player just to use there suit

What do you mean by rendered useless? Heavies especialy with burst combo and in group are pretty powerfull.

The one change I would like to see the most is if you are needled it shouldn't count as a death. No clones are lost. People run apex & would rather bleed out then risk a quick redeath from fire. Omg kdr derp. This change would make needles alot more prominent on the battlefield as well as promote team play even more.

Im mostly for nerf of LAG and some BPO merc2merc sells option. There is need for some assault tweaking and vehicles tweaks. What else, yup that latency filter idea of mine (you know lag compensation is still quite bad).

Fix the delay for passengers trying to enter vehicles.
Smooth out the bump mapping around the MCC drop exit.
Smooth out weapon/item switching from stealth.
Currently plasma cannon shots disappear if fired and killed at similar times. Definitely lost some kill shots to the abyss.
Vehicle lock menu is probably too much to ask. But I hate jumping out to take a point and then a random blueberry is driving off into the sunset in your LAV.
Hit detection on turrets and sometimes PLC are wonky. Had many a PLC shot whiff right through someone's body/legs.
Make auto squads a feature in pubs. If you're in in a squad, they just fill up 4 at a time, left overs in an unfilled squad. Would go a long way in helping new players understand how beneficial it is to run squads.
Fix proto tanks in pubs, whatever stats need it. These things are strong!
Buff everything Gal. ;)
