tanks need to be cheaper, to deal with the commandos/officers/plasmas/lai dais that can absolutely obliterate them easily, (current cost is 1.3mil for maxed out tanks, which they have to be to not be tissue paper).
Reduce the HUGE SP COST of tanks, fitting optimization on all turrets and shield/armor costs 2mil sp per skill, personally i have 40mil SP in tanks altogether-meaning me and duna are probably the only ones in the game with perfect tanks(except i didnt get small railguns, which are good for armor tank fittings, that would cost another 8mil sp to essentially on the tank turn an adv module into proto with the pg/cpu saved, yet that is ENTIRELY necessary to have a much better tank vs AV). This sp cost means 99% of the tanks in games, even protos, are garbage- going up against lai dai galmandos with officer plasma cannos who can do 15k dmg to the back of a tank in a few seconds. Not cool, but despite it being commonplace we cant balance with officer gear in mind, need to reduce the sp and isk cost of them both- i recommend 25mil sp into maxed out vehicles instead of around 55-60mil as it is now- and 800k instead of 1.3mil for proto tanks.
rifles- combat rifle has best hit detection. end of story cr still the best rifle.
shield tankings already op now, not because armor is bad, because assault suits with base speed have super funky hit detection and blue shield alot within about 20m. Min assault is super good at it, and calass does it well, but amarr and gal can do it too, ya ive blue shielded amarr with pre galass buff ARs.
As for new features- trade vehicles, officer vehicles, trade all bpos like toxin/dragonflys/quafe stuff. All old specialty vehicles gimmeh mah damn sagaris and prometheus back. New content that isnt a UI addition, gameplay additions/changes/inluences(like player trading) only ya foo!
Oh and grenades are pretty much op, the spam is strong with this one.

Feel free to continue suggesting things. I've added reasonable proposals to the list. Some of these things have already been suggested by the CPM. To name a few off the top of my head that were already being looked into:
- Cloak fitting reduction on Scouts as a 75% flat rate instead of per level (to allow newer players to access this benefit sooner) - Ion Pistol, HMG, Laser Rifle, etc wonkiness - Gal/Cal Assault fine tuning - Item trading

shields will never be balanced until something like that happens Laser rifles will just be better if theyre changedlike that honestly, i can see them having the only profile that isnt uniform as it should be like 80% armor 110% shield to not put them over the top by slaughtering armor faster yet giving shields at least a tiny chance to not get 700 shields ripped off instantly. But ScRs do need a change to not be absolute trash against armor- honestly a slower ROF and higher amount of shots before overheat with the profile change you mentioned would be ideal IMO.
