Increase the blast radius of individual bullets for small flux orbital strikes up to approx 60 meters. The blast radius in currently approx 15 meters when seen in battle. If it as already roughly 60 meters, increase the radius 300% so the small flux orbital strikes are far more useful against large groups of uplinks close together. The blast radius of individual bullets/shots for small flux orbital strikes are too small. They are used only to reliably destroy 1 infantry spawn uplink equipment every time.
Give infantry small orbital laser strikes from warbarges to use at a cost of 1000 WP in public and Faction warefare battle modes. (Blast radius and damage for individual bullets are the same as large laser strikes, however only 1 bullet/shot would be fired instead of approx 20 bullets like large laser orbital strikes)
Make tactical scrambler pistols available on the market place for 10 000 ISK per unit
Increase the optimal and effective range of tactical scrambler pistols by 10 meters. <--- not too important
Make standard variants of burst and tactical ARs available on the market.
Decrease the hipfire recoil of all burst scrambler pistols by 50%. It is far too inaccurate.
Make the colour of the blast radius of snowball launchers bright fluorescent blue with a blast radius of 20 meters (keep its damage at zero)
(fix problem) Make the light caldari frames show caldari hands within 'first person view' in battles instead of gallente light frame hands.
Make faction warefare award the losing side a small amount of points towards getting higher faction loyalty ranks.
Make the single battle 'hack terminal' objective change positions in quicker time intervals (within acquisition game mode). Example: Change position every interval of 105 seconds. |

rifles- combat rifle has best hit detection. end of story cr still the best rifle.
shield tankings already op now, not because armor is bad, because assault suits with base speed have super funky hit detection and blue shield alot within about 20m. Min assault is super good at it, and calass does it well, but amarr and gal can do it too, ya ive blue shielded amarr with pre galass buff ARs.
As for new features- trade vehicles, officer vehicles, trade all bpos like toxin/dragonflys/quafe stuff. All old specialty vehicles gimmeh mah damn sagaris and prometheus back. New content that isnt a UI addition, gameplay additions/changes/inluences(like player trading) only ya foo!
Oh and grenades are pretty much op, the spam is strong with this one. See id actually play the game if this was implemented, but I'm not anyway

Not sure if this has been said before, but the trello board briefly mentions simple crafting in 1.3. Personally, I would like to see whatever that means to have absolutely nothing to do with the warbarge thing.
I don't like two-legged things.

The ammunition low count on the APEX amarr scarmble pistol and APEX minmatar flaylock pistol, dont know if ion pistol has a reduced ammo on it. Also the SR/ASR/Laser should be viable to non amarr assault , amarr assault should give just a little extra in order to exel on it, a kind of sharpshooter skill for overheat or cooldown can help.
Caldari Scouts should be Ninjas.

STD variants of the burst and TAC AR.
Overhaul of the warbarge; introduce new modules that expand the power of the merc outside of games (crafting, rep manipulation etc), edit the old ones so that they're actually useful and worth upgrading.
Fleshing out the skill tree; adding new bonuses to those skills that currently give none.
Dedicated Commando.
