FW needs this, and a few more overhauls as well.
I play eve now, and spoke with many eve players that were curious about dust. I always thought they didn't care, but was surprised to find that they were seriously interested! This would add to the lore of the game, even if just a little, and players can hang on to hope just a little longer. Just a thought o7

I've always thought there was so much more Dust players could be doing. We can have a real effect on how difficult or easy a system is to take or hold.
With an active player determined deployment system Dust players could be targeting specific systems prior to EVE pilots plexing the system or hunker down in specific localities to make one system that much more a fortress against an enemy attack.
We could be relevant in system allowing Stike pilots to remain in their target system gaining LP as well as plexing.
However what we also need is a slower more attrition based ownship system of districts and planets in the warzone. The current model is determined by individual victories and shifts every 20 minutes rather than being reflective of an over all war effort built up over time.
Also the Complex = Battle Size model Kirk put up last year could really allow small groups of 4-8 players establish themselves as useful groups in targeting battles of lesser value but more suited to their organisational level/ abilities.

The imperial amarr 'Seraph' logistics suit BPO within the loyalty store has 4 out of 5 of its low slots filled with modules. It should have all of its low slots filled with basic modules. Fill the empty slot with a basic reactive plate.
The forge gun HAV weakspot damage modifier seems ok at the moment. I have had enough testing to feel like the forge gun is worth using instead of a combination of swarm launchers and Packed AV grenades. (PAV grenades)
The weakspot at the back of all HAVs needs to give all plasma cannons a larger damage modifier. I would suggest increasing the damage modifier roughly by an extra 95%.
After giving my plasma cannon suit fitting a few tests against unhardened enemy tanks I concluded it was not worth using (plasma cannon and PAV grenades) compared to any forge gun. (when trying to hit weakpsots) Plasma cannons have a small 'user friendly and practical' range which is roughly 45m range. This is due to the arc of the bullet and slow velocity of the bullet compared to forge guns. It is hard to judge how high to aim to hit a weakspot at 45m ranges and further.
Forge guns are much easier and safer to use because the bullet does not arc and has much higher ranges while allowing you to view the enemy data at the bottom of the screen to tell you when you are aiming correctly. You usually dont have to deal with infantry at 100-300m forge gun engagement ranges. Forge guns also have a much higher damage per bullet as well as a higher HAV weak spot damage modifier. This makes its DPS much higher than plasma cannons when HAV weak spots are hit. Forge guns in combination with PAV grenades work well to almost kill unhardened tanks. (some times you do kill them if they dont run away in time)

It would probably make the game more interesting if there were std and adv contact locus grenades that only cost ISK.
I do not support moving contact grenades to the contact grenade tab, as that extra tab was likely intended for different contact grenades with different effects to locus grenades. Additionally moving the thukker and other existing contact grenades to a different tab would likely be more unnecessary work for CCP that would not affect gameplay within battles.
Side note: Make 'crouching down' on the ground reduce weapon recoil by an extra 50% for all weapons. This would improve the functionality of some weapons like the AR, AssaultCR, BurstCR, Rail rifles and ARRs, sniper rifles, and some other weapons. It would give players a better reason to crouch in long range combat. (crouching already applies a recoil reduction, but that effect is far too little on most weapons)
Caution: Some players may see contact grenades as 'cheap and unworthy' tactics. I see contact grenades being very useful but would be distasteful for in many players eyes because they use 'low HP' armor and shield suits. The contact grenades would likely be unreliable at std level, and maybe adv level as well. I dont know. I look at fused grenades today and see that they would be hard to use and cost more PG and CPU. Players have divided views on what they want to see in the game. Some want strafe speed to be reliably used to dodge bullets like Neo within Matrix. Others want the game to be based on positioning and mathematics mostly. Others want some suits to have a reliable chance in a fight where they were ambushed from behind. Regardless of there views, I feel the game is mostly where I like it to be. |

A problem of the game now was the jumping faggots, or the supersonic ninjas. So why ccp dont introduce a slot only For the biotics? Removing the possibility to inserit more and more biotic to active and passive slots, whit a only one slots, the player must be chose what kind of phisyc boost he\she want.
Another suggest is the implemention of the missing voice, contact granad, amar and minmatar vehicle and pilot dropsuits.

Need be, we could later find a new edge to set the GalScout apart, but I don't think that this would prove necessary as the GalScout's base stats and slot layout alone make it a solid option.

Sentinels If it is in fact happening on a large scale, Assaults winning toe-to-toe engagements against HMG Heavies is unacceptable. If rolling back slightly some of the more recent Assault buffs (i.e. slightly reduce regen buffs, slightly reduce GA Assault RoF bonus) is for whatever reason is off the table, I don't see any option other than to buff heavies and deal with the pandora's box of power creep that follows.

Things I liked and wish to see implemented :
1.Swarms - The recent nerf to swarms was a slap to the face of all AVs by the experianced ADS users and redline tankers (yep , the tanks still do this) and what you propose for the swarms is pure justice
2.Cardiac Reg. - I loved to see someone reduce the disparities reduced between ADV and PRO tiers
3.Passive Scans and EWAR proposals - WOW !!!
4.Cal. and Am. Scout bonus tweeks - I'd prefer biotics bonuses on Am. scouts but Cal. scout needs its scans improved
5.Breach Sg - Needs it to compete with vanilla variant
6.Assault MD - True .... extra requirements need to go
7.Heavy Buff OR Assault Nerf - Assaults are OP for sure but no reason weakening them so Heavies need buff
But a few things might get OP or unacceptable , such as :
1.Nanite Injectors - I get why you have put a resistance on it but since it might be used as some cheesy repetitive cheaty gameplay for sentinals with logis having proto injectors
2.Cal. Logi - I know that Cal. logi is the least reliable logi as its bonuses go uncelebrated compared to others since almost every blueberry carries it's own nanohive , but your proposal towards its new bonus and the fact it would work with only the nanite injector's new ability would boost it from least reliable logi to the BEAST logi ..... which will be way OP
3.Armour rep. - The STD and ADV should haave a bit more difference since thier PG , CPU requirements are way too high ( STD - 35 CPU , 1 PG / ADV - 52 CPU , 5 PG )
4.ADV plates - It seems a bit too far from proto close to standard plates since there is a buff to STD plates andand nerf to ADV plates
5.Am. Bonus for Scp - As I said before , biotics bonus is much better for a scout . Besides , I don't want the Scp headshot bonus to turn into new "Myofibrils" and all start one-shoting with headshots of a Breach Scp
Things I'd prefer to see worked on along with other :
All weapons being seen on the kill-feed I.e. Breach Mass Drives , Assault Swarms , Scrambler Pistols (all variants) , Breach Flaylocks .... and stuff people think is useless
