- Cloak fitting reduction on Scouts as a 75% flat rate instead of per level (to allow newer players to access this benefit sooner) - Ion Pistol, HMG, Laser Rifle, etc wonkiness - Gal/Cal Assault fine tuning - Item trading

Network lag is expected right now due to hardware changes on Tranquility. Hardware lag (FPS) has been optimized as far as can be taken and there is nothing that can be done there apart from removing in-game assets and what not. Even still, that's a client-side sort of change.
Latency filter, I don't think is feasible at the moment. Go into your settings and tinker with what region you're connecting to, that's all I can suggest atm.

I sold all my salvage for 10m isk. -_- this is what happens when there is a lack of communication.
Describe this "simple crafting" to me.

-Reduced myo fib jumping. -Less heat buildup on the ScR (it's gone from OP to useless, it needed a scalpel to fix, not a sledgehammer!) -AR buff and Gal Assault suit bonus to damage nerf (the AR shouldn't be only effective on one suit on which it is fairly OP) -Cal Sentinel to have a resist bonus to flux grenades (so that they don't need to fit a whole lot of armour to be viable) -And, if it will be possible without creating large amounts of lag, an Amarr Tank (golden and awesome, possibly with a more powerful laser rifle and AScR turret) and Minmatar LAV (Mad Max style that goes at ridiculous speeds!) |

Improve EWAR by:
Normalise scout profiles but setting Min and Am profiles equal to Gal and Cal. See suggestions 2 or 3 in this spreadsheet: Normalising scout profiles
Buff scan range amplifiers (also shown in spreadsheet).
Nerf focussed scanner range (to say 60-70m). This is to make up for the loss of the squad only drawback. A major drawback to using a focussed scanner was that it only shares information with squad members rather than the whole team. This was to offset the power to both provide general scanning and to effectively kill scouts and deny them from operating in large areas of the map. Scout suits fitted to hide from Gal logi focussed scanners are of limited usefulness. However, with the changes to squads the whole team in a PC is all one squad, and so focussed scan results are shared across the whole team, something that was not originally intended. Another drawback is needed to balance this change. Shorter range, akin to the proximity scanner, would thematically make sense for a highl powered focussed scanner.
Yes this is effectively three changes in one, sorry about that. |

Taking another look and or reworking Dropsuit bonuses.
Currently, Gallente and Caldari Assaults have 3 bonuses. Personally, I think that the # of bonuses should be equal across suits. Even if it is more of a flavor boost if you will (scout's getting a boost to racial sidearm, Logi's getting EWAR or Biotic boosts for instance)
I realize that this is more a long term thing and probably can't be done in time for the next hotfix. |

Focussed scanners should be nerfed because they were unintentionally buffed. So this is just to maintain balance. By all means change focussed scanners to share team-wide at the same time. They'd be more useful in pubs and for solo players. But they need the range nerf to balance this.
As for the scout changes, the suggestion if mainly just swapping a profile bonus for lower profile. Gal and Cal profiles would remain the same. Am and Min profiles would equal Gal and Cal, and they would lose one of their bonuses in return. Low profile is equally crucially important to all scouts and so they should all have equal access to it. The most stealthy scouts would be no more difficult to scan than they are now.
Scanning is not the counter to scouts. It is just a very effective one. |

How fast running normal scout 7.6 m/s? That minus usage and put weapon up again cca 3 second with your idea cca 65m, that is plenty of time for scout to be near by scanner person + advantage with invisibility.
I want balance too boyko, but honestly scouts are already quite strong ( thx to shotie TTK).
Do not get me wrong i want balance in game too, but i see more advantage for scouts here.
