And so by that right we will claim ownership of them. At which point the individuals who captured them are considered owners until sold to either (a) CEO (b) slave dealers or (c) turned over to one of his or her family to return to their private land. It is expressly prohibited for regular infantry to take officers or nobles into capture and keep. They must be turned in to a CEO ASAP, and will be keep in special holding till the end of the war. Once taken prisoner the taken person(s) are his (or her) property to do with as he (or she) pleases,(with the exception of killing or sever maiming). No more than 2 prisoners may be outside of a registered slave holders pen or Company Slave Camp,(to prevent the risk of escape. A regular fee shall be required to hold slaves in the CSC unless sold directly to CEO in which the payment shall be added to the next payroll. At the end of conflict any member of a family who wishes the return of a member must meet a payment based on the factors of Rank, Age, and other Factors that lead to the value of the captured person(s). Members of Tal-Man race (those who blood line is greater than 30%/ member of the Tal-Man society) will be turned in to the CEO (reward will still be provided) and shall instead face a trail for possible treason, aiding enemy, and other crimes, which the court will decide on punishment. Save your self the energy, surrender to the Tal-Man, and enjoy the rest of the war alive. Much better than the alternative. Anyhow, the Angelis are likely to help in a conflict between the Mur and Parians due to their excellent relations after the Great Wars, and as they certainly have knowledge on your ships by now, they would likely use your own ships against you. One thing you may find interesting is that in parts of Patris Kami are treated as inferior.
