Sorry bro, that doesn't even come close to fitting.

If you get Electronics and Engineering to 5, Core Upgrades to 3, and Rail Rifle fitting optimization to 1, you can do the following

Commando CK.0
Kaalakiota Rail Rifle
Assault Rifle (just standard, yup)
Complex PG Upgrade
Complex Shield Extender
2x Basic Shield Extender
Cloak Field

610 Shield
312 Armor
20 Shield Recharge Rate

Any commando who wants to fit a cloak is going to need fitting mods, which is unfortunate for the Caldari who only get one low slot so no armor reps for you. Also never run more than 2 enhanced shield extenders since 2 enhanced shield extenders is the same as 1 complex shield extender but the complex is easier to fit than the two enhanced.

Im probably going to do this for fun at one point. (Im going Minmitar so i have the CPU for it) Blueberries are delicious and an essential part of my diet ;) Commando/Heavy Willing to PC for anyone for a low price
