Likely but regardless of what they/we say having been one both during this build and in the previous build there needs to be more fleshed out means of Anti Shield AV to counter balance the number of Anti Armour AV.
Hopefully once this starts to happen and we get more forms of AV, tanks, and modified racial turrets we can start pushing the Shield HAV in line with their armour counter parts.
While I realise this isn't Commando oriented yet, and bear with me, if we can get armour HAV in their proper place, higher raw HP with stable short duration repairs, we can push shield HAV to where they should be. Moderate Raw HP with more powerful short duration spiking regeneration.
That I hope would really open up a place for the Amarr Commando and the Scrambler Lance. I certainly hope it won't be a Heavy Weapon since I really want the Amarr Commando to be able to serve like the Min Commando and the Gal Commando as a heavy infantryman with AV capacity.
Oddly enough I had a weird dream about the scrambler lance where I imagined three Commando's in a european firing line swatting shield tanks.
