I don't know what happened in CCP's head, but nearly all the problems we noticed come from them. However I noticed one that probably comes from the code. When I use a shield regulator, its effectiveness on shield deplepted delay is lowered each time I add a shield extender, it looks like if the +7% to recharge delay brought by the extenders were causing a stack penalty to shield regulators (I hope I'm clear) |

That's how it works, no bug.
+7% (increase) to shield recharge delay from Shield Extender -25% (decrease) to shield recharge delay from Shield Regulator
Both modules are effecting the same attribute, i.e. the shield recharge delay. Therefore, they stack together, from highest (numerically) to lowest. So with 2x Shield Extenders and 1x Shield regulator, you are getting only 57% efficiency from the regulator:
Base * (1 + 0.07) * (1 + (0.07 * 0.87)) * (1 + (-0.25 * 0.57)) Base * 1.07 * 1.0609 * 0.8575 or Base * +7% * +6.09% * -14.25% (which is 57% of 25)
Not always logical when dealing with negatives, but this is how EvE/Dust math works.

Oh, that sucks, thanks man you learnt me something really useful, I won't use more than one shield extender and shield regulator together again then. That's really annoying, the shield regulator is already less useful than armor plates 90% of the time, and it's nerfed by shield extenders |

Not sure if repost :
Range stats on the Core Focused Repair Tool are off. Currently showing 21m when it should be 7.5 m according to the diagram. http://web.ccpgamescdn.com/dust/news.control/65896/1/Repair_Tool.jpg
Thanks for putting the time in on this site btw, great stuff.

Loving the tool, and I've already used it to tweak a few of my fits around. But as a small question, do you have any plans for letting us attach descriptions for our fits, or maybe allow comments to be posted on people's fits and give feedback on them?

That would be most excellent, still figuring out how to approach something like that

Minor UI update,
You can now reorder fittings and characters either on the condensed or detailed listings, just click and drag. The top item of the list is considered your 'FAVORITE'.
A favorite fitting / character will be the one that loads up first at login. Also, when you share a fitting, the character that 'dons' the fit will be the favorite of the one sharing the fit, that is, the default will no longer be character '0', if you share a fitting, people accessing it from the shared list will see the stats of your favorite character.
Regards.

Not sure, I tried doing it and had no problems.
I logged, went to the sharing lists, viewed a random one, then I clicked on my fittings link and created a new fitting.
Are you doing it some other way?

When I share the fitting the link pops up under it, I used to be able to right click and drag to highlight, then left click to copy.

Oh, I think I see what you mean, not copy another's fitting, but copy the shared link. Yep, I see the problem, click and drag does no longer select the text, rather drags the whole row to reorder it.
I'll see how to fix it.

Yeah, that is what is happening. Got another question, how hard would it be to implement a like/dislike system?

Working ( er... planning ) on doing this, along with comments. Shouldn't be too hard, but I'd really like to have stats 100% correct, though that's proving difficult with all the hotfixes and lack of a correct SDE.

Hi, I'd like to report a bug with how you apply certain skills.
The Assault Dropships skill applies in all vehicles to small turrets. You can use this to test it if you set your assault ship skill

Really good tool.
2 things
- Shield regulators have a stacking penalty alongside shield extenders, is this correct? i.e if you stack say 3 complex extenders and try to mitigate it with a regulator the regulator only reduces the delay by something like 3%
- flaylock damage is listed as 20 on all levels instead of 165; 206.25 (breach); 173.25 ; 181.5

Excellent find! I made the stacking penalty correction.
As for Flaylocks SDE is still bugged, I'll try to make time and do a manual update of the stats.

Talking about the SDE problems, all mass drivers and swarm launchers direct damage are wrong, and the minmatar commando bonus is not applying to mass driver splash damage. I had a look at some other weapons but it's hard to say if there is a mistake when you don't use the gun |

Yeah, most explosives have an issue somewhere, but now that you mention it, the Minmatar commando bonus error on splash damage might be on my end
I'll check that ASAP
