I was a dedicated shotgun scout thru 1.6 and with ROF = 60 it meant I had to get within 10m to do, get this: 350 dps! In 1.7 I'm a CR scout doing 450 dps at 50m. And THAT, kind sir, is what's wrong with shotguns.
