certainty, i simply was pointing that out. the passive even for the normal SR isn't that great i charge on occasion and when i do i don't notice -25% from 2 really 1.5 vs 2 is the same unless actively getting shot and it's a better deal to not ch...

that works, i was just quickly coming up with some role bonus that made sense as a way that armor plates wouldn't just end up making cal logi even more stupid amarr really needs like +10% to armor efficacy / lvl though because then with their 3 ...

so umm 2 points of PG is like 10 points of CPU for most proto suits and that + those numbers makes those plates just kinda meh for those stats at least i mean those are nice, but i am already PG strapped because the scrambler is more PG than any...

the amarr assault seems ok in terms of balance, the logi should have like 1 more slot, and probably at least the same pg as the assault in reality it's base speed isn't so poor you can't move on its the fact you have 3/3 so you want some armor so...
