the increased strafe speed has been causing me all sorts of trouble.. i can't tell if its bad hit detection or I just haven't adjusted... but I would say hitting targets is more difficult now in 1.2 than it was in 1.1.

it actually needs to affect base shields only.. otherwise no one would use them. I lose 14 shields for 2.44 recharge per sec. Its a decent balance I think. Not sure exactly what the point is... but they did just render rechargers pointless.

I would essentially treat it as a 3x booster. You get 190,400 SP per week right? If you play wednesday and deplete 30k of that.. now 160,400 of it will be tripled on thursday, which will essentially mean you lost 60k SP. More if you use boosters.
