No I don't want to wait til tomorrow to get this information lol. First off I want to stress that I don't care for any speculation, if you want to provide information, show me where you got it, show me credibility. My questions are what exactly do these armor plates do? How much armor do they have and how much speed do they take away, do any of them just reduce damage to armor? This is far less important than the next question which is, are either of these considered high powered modules? If neither of them are high powered then CCP f***ed up, because that will not level the playing field between shield and armor tankers that's just going to make people like Caldari Logis even more powerful and make pretty much any gallente medium frame obsolete. If anyone has information that gives me some good news on these topics then please let me know, if not, and my worries are confirmed tomorrow, expect a giant steamy pile of hate posted on the forums by yours truly (and that's coming from a person who just doesn't complain about stuff). |

Only thing you can look at are the stats in the "Fight Your Own War" E3 video. They have the stats for both sets of plates in that video.
However... we don't know if they've made modifications since they made that video... I suspect not tbh.
In that video, neither ferroscale nor reactive plates were high slot items. |

Despite the threadnaut with feedback about making armor tanking better, expect the plates to have the same crappy stats from the video. |

Don't know how accurate that E3 video can be, after all the complex mods came before the enhanced on the list, but this is enough to make me worried, if this doesn't change I might as well delete my character or stop playing, the ferroscale and reactive plates are useless to me, I'm a damn gallente logi, you can't get a more exclusive armor tanker and I can tell you THIS will not even the odds. Caldari Logis are now going to max out at around 1100 health instead of 800 with shield boosters alone, and I wouldn't be able to get half of that unless I gave up like 20% of my speed. |

ran some numbers. Depending whether or not the class bonus from the caldari logi suit skil combines with the shield extender skill, without any speed penalty the caldari logi suit could max out at either 1050 or 1200 hp, whereas my gallente logi could hit a little below 900, with crappier collective armor and shield repair. realistically I would probably get rid of a couple of the ferroscale plates and put in armor repairers and then replace another with the normal enhanced armor plates and suck it up with the speed penalty as always, so I would have maybe 750, or closer to 675 with half decent shield recharge speed, and also specced out for pure defense. im sure some caldari logis probably replace a couple of shield extenders with rechargers an maybe the plates with regulators and I have no idea what these new energizers do but Im sure its just peachy, they could still hit probably 900 with good shield recharge speed and ok armor repair, this being a realistic pure defense suit.
I don't really know why I did these calculations because it didn't make me feel any better about it. seriously unless they get some better stats or they're high powered mods, my character just became pointless and starting tomorrow you may not see me on this game. CCP said they would level the playing field and this would make it even more disproportionate. |

They never tell us the final stats of these new modules before the update.

Well I guess I'm now finding ways to actually make it work that do give it a slight advantage to armor tankers but its still a very slight bonus in all the HP and less speed penalty for alot more money, that's fine because of the way the game scales higher level equipment. HOWEVER! It's still just an alternative to armor tanking, not a supplement. What it is is a supplement source of health for anyone who isn't focused on armor, but as a gallente logi I don't really have much of a choice because my shields are crap and I don't have very many high powered mods. I'm fairly new to the eve universe but from what I understand gallente are the armor based race and it doesn't really make sense for me not to benefit from these mods which are supposedly in place to balance the shield vs armor tanking situation. |

No these mods are just for dropsuits, I don't think there's any information on changes to vehicles except that they're adding new dramatic effects like camera rumble and new sound effects. There may be some new controls or enhancements but either they haven't released the information to the public or they did and I glanced over it and forgot about it, nothing special to me. |

dust, I've seen these already, you advertised, that looks like the same old generic competitive games just bigger. honestly getting sick of competitive games, especially fps, this is the only one I will play right now. |
