So if the 3x SP & 3x SP cap starts on thursday, does this mean if we play on wednesday we will not earn as much SP because the 3x cap hasn't started yet?

Or is the cap for the whole week tripled (including wednesday) we just won't earn 3x SP on wednesday?

This needs to be clarified, because there is no reason to play on wednesday if it's going to keep you from earning the max SP for the week.

Also does 3x end on July 10th at reset? (in the morning Eastern time) Or at the end of wednesday July 10th?

This needs to be clarified because I seem to remember the guys at CCP not knowing what it means when you say something lasts "through" a certain day.

I would essentially treat it as a 3x booster.

You get 190,400 SP per week right?

If you play wednesday and deplete 30k of that.. now 160,400 of it will be tripled on thursday, which will essentially mean you lost 60k SP. More if you use boosters.

Until a CCP rep specifically gives assurances otherwise it would be wise to assume playing on Wednesday is a bad idea. Or, at the very least, crack out an alt you don't anticipate using for the duration of the 3x SP week.

It's absurdity if people are essentially penalised out of some measure of the 3x SP for playing on Wednesday.

That is how I was thinking it would work be then I thought wouldn't CCP realize that everyone who played on Wednesday would be punished?

Crack out an alt, play a game or two... see if you are getting 3x rewards. If not, wait a day to crack out your main. It's not that ******* hard.

They are putting out an update and they want to pull people back so they can have more people look at the update. They can examine their stats, and the forums, and see what effect their changes have had.

In this case not being rewarded is the same as being punished. Whether you read the forums or not, there are no details to be found.

This could be solved easily by having a dev let us know how this is going to work.

i will just play when i feel like i want to play.

Because this is a GAME.

And games should be played to have FUN.

Man it must be nice to live off welfare or mommy/daddy and have things like this be a concern. If I hit the SP cap on my single character, 3X or 1X I'll be quite happy. And I use boosters.
