I doubt the changes will be substantial enough to warrant a respec. They don't have the necessary infrastructure to do these selective respecs efficiently anyways. So I doubt we'll be seeing respecs anytime soon. Should we though? Hell yeah! Ever...

Friendly fire is an interesting mechanic... It does completely change the way you have to play a match and creates interesting strats that aren't viable without it. It also makes OBs more tactical than they are now. However, putting FF in a match...
