I think the shields for Cal Heavies should be equivalent to Gal/Amarr Armour so around 1100ish, plus the resistances, that would be fair I feel, the whole point of Caldari is shields shields shields! And sort the colouring for the proto version FFS.

I disagree - Scouts are fine right now. Yes the Gal scout needs tweaking so you can't tank it so much but isn't that the point of the Gallente race altogether? I agree it's annoying but they aren't THAT difficult to deal with.

Gallente Logi's with proto scanners do the same thing. I was playing with a squad last night and one of us was a Gal-Logi with decent scanners and it flagged EVERYONE. All the normal players and all the cloaky ninja's alike
