Speed tanking is now viable again, and I put 4 complex kin cats on, and it's lethal with cloaks. I've been doing very well with it, and it's hilarious fun. I wouldn't consider it OP, just REALLY effective in the right hands. Honestly, I don't see too many scouts with huge hp amounts. It's more than possible to get 900hp, but it severely limits the scout.

Pretty sure this is a troll post, but I'll bite....lol. there is absoloutly no way to field this scout, even with your skills maxed out you won't have enough PG or CPU to run all this stuff......scouts are not broken, keep your head on a swivle and look for the shimmer....

By all the QQ going around you can clearly see who relied on the old active scanner way too much. I for myself have barely run a scanner for over a month and I have no problem with cloaked scouts. Sure some killed me but I killed some of them as well. No difference to a heavy, assault or logi. If they outplay me they kill me if not its the other way round. I guess some of these "invisible" scout where pretty surprised as I killed them...
