Hit detection nerfed the Flaylock more the CCP could have. You pretty much have to go for direct hits, or get them while they stand still. I wouldn't be opposed to having one more round in the magazine either. It would make the minmatar assault...

If they advertise it, it may peak at maybe 10k (that was roughly MAG's peak), but if they fix the controls, balance the AR's, and also extend HMG optimal by about 20m, as well as removing the hard range cap, then the sky is the limit!
