BPOs present a problem. The more of them you have, the more you **** up the future player-controlled market. However, keeping only the ones you have now gives those who specialize into certain races an unfair advantage. It's a Catch 22.

The issue is that you're trying to say that the Scout should be able to go up against combat focused suits, which it shouldn't. There will be combat focused Light Suits, but the Scout is built as a sneaking suit, not to go toe-to-toe with frontli...
