Not region specific as I'm EU (UK specifically) and was getting black screened. Only seemed to get it from default spawns and CRUs, wasn't getting it on Uplinks or Mobile CRUs on vehicles.

I find the dampener too slow and gives away your position easily. As a Sentinel, I usually just tank the fall so I can recover faster.
